Riverside Apartments is a nine-story cast-in-place concrete building situated on the front row of the waterfront in the northern part of New York. The complex includes 156 apartments ranging from studios to three-bedroom units, an underground parking garage for 180 vehicles, and ground-floor commercial spaces.
A defining feature of this project is the panoramic glazing on the river side, providing exceptional views from the upper-floor apartments. The cast-in-place concrete frame allowed for open floor plans without load-bearing partition walls. The facade combines porcelain tile and stucco in neutral tones.
The community grounds include a waterfront promenade, a children's playground with safety surfacing, and landscaping with mature tree plantings. Mechanical systems include individual unit heating, supply ventilation, and air conditioning pre-wiring.
