About the project

Logistic Park Warehouse is a Class A facility built for a logistics company client. The total area is 86,100 sq ft, including warehouse space with a 39-foot racking clear height, a 4,300 sq ft office wing, and an order fulfillment zone.

The structural system is a steel frame with insulated sandwich panel cladding (approximately 5 inches thick), meeting code-required thermal performance. The floors are industrial hardened concrete rated for loads up to 1,230 lbs/sq ft, with joints cut using diamond blades. The roof consists of metal decking with insulation and membrane waterproofing.

The facility is equipped with 8 dock doors with levelers, a fire alarm and automatic sprinkler suppression system, supply and exhaust ventilation, and air curtain heating at entrances. The site includes a truck maneuvering yard, parking for 60 passenger vehicles, and a security checkpoint.
