Horizon Business Center

About the project

Horizon Business Center is a Class B+ five-story office building totaling 48,500 sq ft, constructed using reinforced concrete technology. The project was designed with a focus on flexible floor plans: each level features open-plan offices that can be partitioned to suit specific tenant needs. The panoramic curtain wall facade maximizes natural light throughout the workspaces.

The building's exterior features a ventilated rainscreen facade with composite panel cladding, delivering both high energy efficiency and a distinctive architectural look. The mechanical infrastructure includes a central HVAC system, supply and exhaust ventilation, a fully equipped server room with backup power, and a modern access control system with turnstiles and video surveillance on every floor.

An underground parking garage with 80 spaces and automated gates, plus a 20-space guest lot in front of the building, address the parking needs of employees and visitors. The ground floor houses a lobby with a reception desk, a cafe, and a 60-seat conference hall with full multimedia capabilities. The building was completed in 2023 and is already fully leased.
